Learn more about Ellas TV MAX with our most frequent questions answered for your convenience.

Ellas TV Max operates via the internet, offering its services through online streaming. It provides access to its content via a variety of internet-connected devices, including our set-top box, the Emax-803, streaming devices (such as Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV), mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers​. We suggest having an internet speed of at least 50Mbps and an unlimited plan for optimal viewing.

Press on the “SIGN UP” button located at the top right of the page and complete the three-step process. After you complete the process, you can use your email and the password you created to sign in to your device.

As soon as you payment is accepted, you will have access to the Ellas TV MAX platform.

Ellas TV Max is a prepaid service. Our service operates on a prepaid basis, with the subscription fee billed on the 1st of each month, covering the entire month in advance for the duration of your subscription. For subscribers who sign up on any date other than the 1st, a prorated charge will be applied at sign-up to account for the period until the first of the following month. After this initial prorated charge, regular billing will resume on the 1st of each month.

The EMAX-803 Set Top Box can only be ordered from our “Shop” page.

Ellas TV MAX App is available to download on Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV devices, Google TV devices, Apple TV, Roku TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, Windows Desktops and Laptops, Mac Desktops and Laptops, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices.

You can only use one device at a time. For concurrently viewing, you must select the “Second Device” addon on the checkout page. The maximum number of concurrent devices per account is two.

  1. Click “SIGN IN” at the upper right corner of the page on a laptop or from the options at the bottom left side on a mobile phone.
  2. Sign in using your registered email address and password.
  3. Hover over your initials on the right or the human icon if there are no initials.
  4. Click on the “SUBSCRIPTIONS” option.
  5. Click “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS“.
  6. Click on the subscription, which appears at the top of the list.
  7. Select “EDIT SUBSCRIPTIONS“.
  8. Click on the blue selection at the top, which displays your current package.
  9. Choose the package that you wish to change to.
  10. Lastly, confirm your changes by clicking “UPDATE SUBSCRIPTIONS” at the bottom of the page.

  6. Select the subscription displayed at the top
  7. Lastly, click “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” located at the bottom.

 

To avoid future payments, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle, which occurs on the first of each month.
